It is said that tourism is the world's largest industry today and a non-polluted, environmental industry. Many economic policy makers in Korea have much interest in tourism because it is a poor factor endowment country. The objective of the study is to seek Korean tourism strategy in the long-run through establishing tourism demand function and estimating elasticity in the world's tourism market, using regression analysis. For the purpose 55 countries were selected in the sample space. The samples were classified into 4 categories; high-income of 16, upper-middle-income of 12, lower-middleincome of 12, and low-income countries of 15. The significant test under 95% confidence level was applied to the parameters. As a conclusion Korean tourism strategies are presented; understanding of marginal utility of money, national tourism will, and development criterion for tourism products converted hardware into software approach.
