The purpose of this study is to give all of travel agency operating owners the finest management analysis model in order to make the best profit. Because the enterprise needs improving the management through the analysis of management for making decision appropriately using efficiently the resources. To accomplished the main purpose of this study, we studied in travel agency's management analysis through financial and non-financial data analysis of travel agency. Unfortunately, we could not find the real management analysis data of travel agencies such as related to systemic a financial and non-financial analysis control. So we proposed a new models of travel agency's management analysis that is a financial analysis and tourism management analysis through a financial and non-financial data in this research.
