A Study on the Improvement of Tourism Employee's Licence System

The Purpose of this study is wishing to investigate tourism learning major students' actual conditions of tourism employee qualification system which is taking the responsibility the future of our country tourism synthetically and ready policy direction and improvement plan to seek general development of tourism employee qualification system. Method of study ran parallel documentary study and empirical study. If examine analysis result, is as following. First, as analysis result about a tourism learning major student, regard about tourism and motivation about employment of same class that is entered a school in tourism school subject appeared very high. Second, analysis result about tourism employee certificate of qualifications item that think that is bond that certificate of qualifications proves business achievement ability objectively the highest result appear. Third, as analysis result about certificate of qualifications improvement way, examined that school education does not conduce in certificate of qualifications examination and therefore improvement of qualification examination system need.
