근대 일본의 만몽영유 구상에 대한 비판적 고찰

A Critical Study on the Modern Japanese Territorial Initiative of Manchuria and Mongolia: Centering on the Comparative Analysis with the Theory of Multilateral Cooperation

本論文では、石原莞爾と大川周明の論理を中心に近代日本の満蒙領有構 想について多者協力理論の時点から考察してみた。これには、多者協力理論の自発性と水平性、そして好恵性という基本原理と共通の利害関係、一般化された行為の原則などのような構成要素が分析の準拠となった。本研究を通じて近代日本の侵略政策を再認識し、その理論的意味を体系的に究明してみようとした。近代日本の満蒙領有構想は一国利己主義に基づいており、強制性と不平等性、そして一方性という非平和的な属性を内在している。近代日本の行態と同じように覇権競争と領有権紛争が激化している東アジア地域の現実を考えると、満蒙領有構想の否定的側面に対する多者協力理論の観点からの分析が学問的、政策的側面で有意な研究だと考える。さらに、この論文は今後東アジア地域諸国の地域的な協力と平和を模索する過程で有用な情報を提供できると期待する。

In this paper, modern Japanese initiative to territorial initiative of Manchuria and Mongolia was examined focusing on the opinions of Ishiwara Kanji and Okawa Shumei from the viewpoint of multilateral cooperation theory. Here, the basic principles of multilateral cooperation theory such as autonomy, equality, reciprocity and components such as common interests, generalized principles of conduct became the basis of analysis. In this study, I attempted to recognize modern Japanese invasion policy and systematically identify its theoretical meaning. Modern Japanese initiative to territorial initiative of Manchuria and Mongolia was based on the selfishness of one nation and contained the anti-peaceful attributes such as coercion, inequality, and unilateralism. Considering the reality of the East Asia, where competition for hegemony and territorial disputes are intensifying, similar to the behavior of modern Japan, I think that the analysis of the negative aspects of the initiative to territorial initiative of Manchuria and Mongolia from the viewpoint of multilateral cooperation theory is a meaningful study from academic and political points of view. In addition, it is expected that this paper will be able to provide useful information in the process of seeking regional cooperation and peace among East Asian countries in the future.
