日本語有生主語中間構文と受影受動構文の比較分析

A Comparative Analysis of Animate-Subject Middle and Affected Passive Constructions in Japanese Based on Exploration Behavior and Affordance

本稿は2つの論点に基づいて受動構文と中間構文との違いを考察したものである。1つは受動構文と中間構文の生態心理学的(認知意味論的)違いを考察したものであり、もう1つは前者の考察から得られた知見を通し、人間と人工知能(AI)との意思疏通の可能性を模索したものである。まず前者であるが、本稿では｢探索行為｣と｢アフォーダンス｣に代表される生態心理学的特徴をさらに知覚の能動性、知覚システム、動作主の意思、アフォーダンス、五感システムの冗長性、文化学習·知覚及び行為循環、アフォーダンスの評価、社会的アフォーダンス、インターパーソナル·セルフ、探索行為·遂行的行為などに細分化し、これらの諸概念が受動構文と中間構文の間で非対称的に伴うことを明らかにする。次に、受動構文と中間構文を中心に人間と人工知能(AI)との意思疏通の可能性を模索する方法でAIが自己認識能力、セルフマネジメント能力、関係管理能力、社会活動能力を養わせる方法について考察した。今後の課題として生態心理学的観点でさまざまな構文の意味を解明し、ひいては教師の意識的指導(詰め込み式指導)や学習者自身の身体経験、知覚経験を生かす方式で受動構文や中間構文の習得への必要性を提起した。

This study delves into the distinctions between passive and middle constructions, tackling two main aspects. The first aspect investigates the cognitive-semantic differences(from an ecological psychology perspective), focusing on exploration behavior, affordances, active perception, perceptual systems, intentionality, sensory redundancy, cultural learning, action-perception loops, affordance evaluation, social affordances, the interpersonal self, exploratory and performative actions. It demonstrates how these concepts asymmetrically participate in distinguishing passive from middle constructions. The second aspect explores the potential for mutual understanding between humans and artificial intelligence(AI) by examining how AI might develop self-awareness, self-management, relationship management, and social awareness with a focus on passive and middle constructions. This exploration aims to enhance communication between humans and AI. As a future direction, this paper proposes investigating various constructions through ecological psychology to further understand passive and intermediate constructions. It emphasizes the importance of combining direct instruction with learners’ physical and perceptual experiences for effective learning.
