This study tried to devise the scheme for improving influence as program connected with child humanity development and home by developing the education program of child tea ceremony for helping child humanity education. So as to compose the program for child humanity development, this researcher confirmed basic model on the basis of composition element and embodied teaching tool manufacture and diverse teaching data, after surveying the contents appropriateness of specialist. So as to examine program contents and question properness, this researcher composed final program after executing preliminary program to 15 persons who are teachers in charge of program execution and chiefs of child education institutions. For the effect verification of education program of child tea ceremony, this researcher executed program to children for 8 weeks, and executed qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis about the effect of child humanity education by utilizing prior, post, and future data of action observation of child humanity. Findings is as follows: First, children learn basic life habit and requirements of etiquette through experience to drink tea and treat with right behavior and mental attitude, and endurance, consideration, responsible sense, and originality develop through affirmative self-control experience. Second, continuous and affirmative education environment could be offered with education activity connected with home through lesson that parents of students participate in. Thus, it suggests that education program of child tea ceremony may give help to harmonious development of child humanity education, and it shows that there is possibility that it may be utilized as program for child humanity development which is connected with home at childhood that the base of humanity is made.
