As complex and diverse modern society people smoking that affects to teenagers across adults. Exposure on smoking would cause serious damage to youth as physical and mental development has not completed in the period of growth. During the period of adolescence, once experiencing smokes until get nicotine addicted, it is well known that it takes about two years. Therefore adolescence, before smoking fixation, will successfully be managed to stop smoking through anti-smoking education. The purposes of this study are as follows: Firstly, tea-therapy program upon stop smoking development is to prevent on teenager's smoking. Secondly, tea-therapy program is to reduce possibility of directly teenager's smoking amount. Thirdly, tea-therapy program is to improve teenage smoker's self-identity. Fourthly, tea-therapy program is trying to make teenage smokers themselves powerful to get rid of stress, provide mental stability and positive self-respective attitude. In the end, this research is based on previous studies and literature theories, reality and issues of teenager's smoking with the background factors examined. Furthermore for the tea-therapy program, the notions & effects of tea-therapy and characteristics and roles has been considered. Subject for this study is shown that junior participation of female voluntary smokers and 8 people are divided into experimental and control groups respectively. Program conducts before and after the nicotine tests, self-esteem tests, stress tests and conducts through each of the screening tools. Participants themselves have been recorded daily smoking, and they are able to examine. Data is analyzed by using the SPSS 16.0 with the following results which are derived. First of all, nicotine dependence has a statistically significant difference between experimental group and control group which participated tea-therapy program. Tea-therapy anti-smoking program conducts for the experimental group that shows a significant reduction in nicotine dependence. Therefore this kind of reduction in nicotine dependence can predict the success in anti-smoking, it could be said that the tea-therapy anti-smoking program have a positive effect in anti-smoking. Secondly, 1 day smoking amount had a statistically significant difference between experimental group and control group. 1 day smoking amount, it could be known as the amount of smoke in the simplest way, which is to reduce smoke hold down. Tea-therapy and anti-smoking program have significant effects on actual anti-smoking. Thirdly, self-respective attitude has a statistically significant difference between experimental group and control group. The tea-therapy program can be seen as effective in improving teenage smoker's self-esteem. Fourthly, stress has a statistically significant difference between experimental group and control group. This participation of the tea-therapy and anti-smoking program can be seen as effective in reducing stress. Catechins in tea have some effects. It is grabbed heavy metal that help don't absorb in intestine, rehydrate is suppressed and discharge waste from the body. Specifically, mental stability on positive effect is to protect from stress, helps rest lost balance body to restore. Tea technique of tea-therapy is not distinguished between me and the other, to respect heart is important factor in improving their self-esteem. Furthermore, it is necessary to design concrete plan for tea therapy program, so as accumulate scientific research's result with systematic methods. Tea therapy is the better way of alternative methods without side-effects. It is going to provide new cure methodology in terms of physical, mental, mood, social aspects etc.
