Tea meditation, as an active meditation, can turn the negative energy of conflict and attachment into positive energy. A series of processes such as brewing and drinking tea therapeutically releases energy which can heal our bodies and help our minds to be relaxed. Tea meditation with tea as a medium leads us to relaxation in breathing and thinking where we can be consciously separated from our present moment and obtain stability and confidence in our mind. As stress from external factors is derived from our needs or conflict, through the process of active tea meditation we can change our habit of negative thinking and intuit our internal conflicts, and then we can be released from suffering. Tea meditation is a perfect rest where we can be released from thinking through tea. We can have real internal peace through relaxation in tea meditation when we meet our true selves. Tea meditation is a healing process where we can achieve peace in our mind when we meet our true selves using tea as a medium. Through the process of brewing and drinking tea, we can be positive in our minds and realize ultimate peace in life through which our nature can become alive. Through the breathing of tea meditation, we can look at distorted concepts and habits in an objective manner and renew our understanding of ourselves. When we find ourselves separated from ourselves, we can realize our way of thinking is inappropriate and go beyond the objectified self. Looking at the tea making process is a therapeutic function of rest through tea meditation. When we listen to the sound of silence, we can have intuitive power and collect energy to see through it, in which we can increase the power in our minds to turn negative feelings and psychological conflicts into positive energy. Tea meditation helps us understand every change in our mind according to the movements of tea and tea making utensils as movements occurring in the process of tea making and drinking reflects the minds status, our mind can be read and healed based on them. Tea drinking training makes our bodies and minds relaxed and accept stress in a positive way where we can have ourselves understood and healed. In drinking tea, we can identify the characteristics of our problems and enhance the values and meanings of our lives. The aims of tea meditation training are to understand ourselves through the final breathing, and to have a mind to be merciful to others.
