国家级一流本科专业建设背景下卓越工程师人才培养模式的研究与实践

Research and Practice of Training Model for Outstanding Engineers under the Background of National First-class Undergraduate Major Construction

山东理工大学在国家级一流本科专业建设背景下，针对卓越工程师人才培养面临的现状与挑战，提出并实施了“校企地协同育人、创新创业融合”的新模式，旨在培养兼具创新思维、创业能力和工程实践技能的复合型人才，通过校企地三方合作，优化课程设置，增强课程内容的前瞻性和实用性，提升学生的工程实践和创新能力。本文提倡与企业和地方政府合作，优化课程设置，确保内容前瞻性和实用性，增强学生的工程实践和创新能力；推动双师型教师队伍建设，鼓励教师参与企业实践，积累经验。建立创新创业平台，为学生提供指导和支持，将创新成果转化为实际产品；多方协同，促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有效衔接，能够为我国农业现代化培养更多高质量人才。

Excellence Engineer Education Training Program aims to enhance the level of engineering education in China by cultivating high-quality engineering and technical talents with strong innovation capabilities that meet the needs of economic and social development. The Agricultural Mechanization and Automation major has unique advantages in experimental teaching; however, issues in the current curriculum system and faculty development hinder the achievement of the program’s goals. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a new model of “school-enterprise-local government collaborative education, integrating innovation and entrepreneurship”. By collaborating with enterprises and local governments, the curriculum is optimized to ensure forward-looking and practical content, thereby enhancing students’ engineering practice and innovation capabilities. The development of a dual-qualified teaching team is promoted, encouraging teachers to participate in enterprise practices to gain experience. An innovation and entrepreneurship platform is established to provide students with guidance and support, transforming innovative results into actual products. Through multi-party collaboration, the effective integration of the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain is promoted, aiming to cultivate more high-quality talents for the modernization of agriculture in China.
