党的十八大以来，党中央对民族工作特别是少数民族干部队伍建设高度重视，少数民族干部作为干部队伍的重要组成部分，是实现党在各个历史时期目标的重要力量。文章聚焦边疆民族地区少数民族干部教育培训现状，基于思想政治教育视角探索性的提出边疆少数民族干部教育培训的优化对策。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to ethnic work, especially the construction of ethnic minority cadres. As an important part of the cadre team, ethnic minority cadres are an important force in achieving the party’s goals in various historical periods. The article focuses on the current situation of education and training for ethnic minority cadres in border ethnic areas, and exploratory proposes optimization strategies for the education and training of ethnic minority cadres in border areas based on the perspective of ideological and political education.
