中国共产党跳出历史周期率的“两个答案”

面对如何跳出历史周期率的执政之问，毛泽东植根中国传统社会历史发展规律，传承民主集中制鲜明特色，统筹党内外形势，1945 年得出第一个答案：人民监督。进入新时代以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央审慎思考大党独有难题，把握新形势下面临的四大考验，经过实践摸索，得出第二个答案：自我革命。“两个答案”体现了中国共产党人在不同时期为解决长期执政难题的历史性思考。把握好“两个答案”，要求我们必须坚持党的领导，坚定人民立场，坚守问题导向，不断完善制度建设，为党保持执政地位筑牢根基。

Faced with the question of how to break away from the historical cycle of governance, Mao Zedong rooted himself in the development laws of traditional Chinese society, inherited the distinct characteristics of democratic centralism, and coordinated the situation inside and outside the party. In 1945, he came up with the first answer: people’s supervision. The “two answers” reflect the historical thinking of the CPC people in different periods to solve the long-term governance problems. Grasping the “two answers” requires us to adhere to the leadership of the Party, strengthen the position of the people, adhere to problem orientation, continuously improve institutional construction, and lay a solid foundation for the Party to maintain its governing position.
