新时期山东沂源地区在探索文旅融合开发时，应从非物质文化遗产资源的保护与生态旅游融合的视角进行深度探究，有效助力山东沂源地区文旅融合的高效化发展。本文研究了山东沂源牛郎织女之乡在乡村振兴战略中的三维价值，即社会价值、经济价值和文艺价值。沂源牛郎织女之乡作为中国传统民间文化的一部分，传承和弘扬传统文化有助于中华优秀传统文化的传承和发展，增强国家的文化软实力，建立以文化旅游为主导的产业体系，带动当地经济发展，增加就业机会和经济收入。与此同时，本文分析了牛郎织女文化在现代社会的传播和影响，指出通过文学艺术的探索和传播，能促进传统文化在现代社会的传承和发展，对社会和谐文化建设具有重要作用。山东沂源牛郎织女之乡在乡村振兴中具有重要的社会、经济和文艺价值，需要加强保护和开发，推动其对当地社会经济文化的全面发展。

In the exploration of the integration of culture and tourism in Shandong’s Yiyuan region in the new era, it is imperative to delve into the protection of intangible cultural heritage resources and the integration of ecological tourism from a deep perspective, effectively assisting in the efficient development of culture and tourism integration in the Yiyuan region of Shandong. This paper examines the three-dimensional value dimensions of the Cowherd and Weaver Girl Village in Shandong’s rural revitalization strategy, namely social value, economic value, and artistic value. As part of China’s traditional folk culture, the Cowherd and Weaver Girl Village in Yiyuan contributes to the inheritance and promotion of traditional culture, which is conducive to the inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture, enhances the country’s cultural soft power, establishes an industry system led by cultural tourism, drives local economic development, and increases employment opportunities and economic income. At the same time, this paper analyzes the dissemination and influence of the Cowherd and Weaver Girl culture in modern society, pointing out that through the exploration and dissemination of literature and art, it can promote the inheritance and development of traditional culture in modern society, playing an important role in the construction of harmonious social culture. The Cowherd and Weaver Girl Village in Yiyuan, Shandong, has important social, economic, and artistic values in rural revitalization, which need to be strengthened in protection and development, promoting its comprehensive development of local social, economic, and cultural aspects.
