乡村振兴背景下农民数字素养提升路径研究

Research on the Path of Improving Farmers’ Digital Literacy under the Background of Rural Revitalization: A case Study of Ningbo City

在国家大力推进现代化与数字乡村建设的背景下，农民数字素养的提升被视为实现乡村振兴的关键要素。本文从产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕五个维度分析了提升农民数字素养对于乡村振兴的价值意义。同时，以宁波农村地区为研究案例，通过深入的实地调研，细致分析了当地农民数字素养呈现的优势和问题所在，并在此基础上，从基础设施、培训体系、建设力量等方面提出可行性建议，为提升农民数字素养、推动数字乡村建设赋能。

In the context of the country’s vigorous promotion of modernization and digital village construction, the improvement of farmers’ digital literacy is regarded as a key element to achieve rural revitalization. This paper analyzes the value and significance of improving farmers’ digital literacy for rural revitalization from five dimensions: industrial prosperity, ecological livable, rural culture civilization, effective governance and rich life. At the same time, taking the rural area of Ningbo as a case study, through in-depth field research, the advantages and problems of local farmers' digital literacy are analyzed in detail. On this basis, feasible suggestions are put forward from the aspects of infrastructure, training system and construction strength, so as to enhance farmers’ digital literacy and empower the construction of digital countryside.
