新时期背景下，推动老年教育发展是构建友好型社会的重要举措。我国老年人口基数较大，老龄化社会压力不断提升，在友好型、学习型社会建设进程中，切实加强老年学校建设、开展老年教育活动的重要性显著提升。本文首先分析了新时期老年教育的重要意义，然后分析了现阶段我们老年教育存在的问题，最后针对现存问题，提出了针对性的改革措施。

Under the background of the new era, promoting the development of education for the elderly is an important measure to build a friendly society. my country has a large elderly population and the pressure of an aging society continues to increase. In the process of building a friendly and learning society, the importance of effectively strengthening the construction of schools for the elderly and carrying out educational activities for the elderly has increased significantly. This article first analyzes the importance of elderly education in the new era, then analyzes the existing problems in our elderly education at this stage, and finally proposes targeted reform measures to address the existing problems.
