基于积极心理学视角的高职院校学生心理健康教育研究

随着现代生活节奏与社会环境的快速发展,当代大学生的生活、学业、就业、家庭与情感等方面的压力与日俱增,甚至大量学生进入心理亚健康状态。在新时代立德树人根本教育任务指引下,心理健康教育的重要程度不断提升,高职院校不仅要全面推进心理健康教育工作的改革与优化,更要关注学生的积极心理品质建设,以此打造系统化、高效化的心理健康教育服务体系。本文即在此背景下展开研究,通过分析高职院校学生心理健康教育的重要意义,总结高职院校学生心理健康教育工作问题,进而提出基于积极心理学视角的高职院校学生心理健康教育策略。

With the rapid development of modern life rhythm and social environment, the pressure of life, study, employment, family and emotion of contemporary college students is increasing day by day, and even a large number of students enter the psychological sub-health state. Under the guidance of the fundamental education task of moral education in the new era, the importance of mental health education continues to increase. Vocational colleges should not only comprehensively promote the reform and optimization of mental health education, but also pay attention to the construction of students’ positive psychological quality, so as to build a systematic and efficient mental health education service system. In this context, this paper conducts research, analyzes the significance of mental health education for students in higher vocational colleges, summarizes the problems of mental health education for students in higher vocational colleges, and then puts forward the strategies of mental health education for students in higher vocational colleges based on the perspective of positive psychology.
