随着信息技术的飞速发展与普及应用,BIM 技术(建筑信息模型)与VR 技术(虚拟现实)成为建筑工程领域重要的技术手段,推动了建筑工程行业的信息化、数字化与智能化发展。因此在高职院校工程造价课程教学中,教师也可以充分发挥BIM 技术与VR 技术的支持与服务功能,以此创建信息化、智能化的教学模式,在提升学生兴趣的同时,还能强化学生的信息素养与实践技能。本文即在此背景下展开研究,通过分析BIM 技术与VR 技术在工程造价课程教学中的应用价值,总结BIM 技术与VR 技术在工程造价课程教学中的应用途径,并由此提出BIM 技术与VR 技术综合应用下的高职院校工程造价课程教学改革策略。
With the rapid development and popularization of information technology, BIM technology (building information model) and VR technology (virtual reality) have become important technical means in the field of construction engineering, promoting the information, digital and intelligent development of the construction engineering industry. Therefore, in the teaching of engineering cost courses in higher vocational colleges, teachers can also give full play to the support and service functions of BIM technology and VR technology, so as to create an information and intelligent teaching model, which can enhance students' interest and strengthen their information literacy and practical skills. In this context, this paper carries out research, analyzes the application value of BIM technology and VR technology in the teaching of engineering cost course, summarizes the application ways of BIM technology and VR technology in the teaching of engineering cost course, and proposes the teaching reform strategy of engineering cost course in higher vocational colleges under the comprehensive application of BIM technology and VR technology.
