Application of “Judgment Documents” in the Course Teaching of Construction Engineering Regulations in Higher Vocational Colleges

建设工程法规这门课程在土木建筑大类中被设置为建设工程管理、建筑设计、建筑装饰工程技术、建筑工程技术等四个专业的专业基础课程，另外，在村镇建设与管理、建设工程监理等两个专业中被设置为专业核心课程，还被供热通风与空调工程技术专业设置为专业拓展课程。其主要任务是培养学生尊法、学法、守法、用法的意识，认知施工管理过程中重要的法律概念和法律制度，严格执行工程建设的法定程序，养成遵纪守法、诚实守信的职业品格和行为习惯，具备运用法律思维和合法方式维护自身权利、化解矛盾纠纷的能力。

The course “Construction Engineering Regulations” is set as a basic professional course for four majors in civil architecture, namely construction engineering management, architectural design, architectural decoration engineering technology and architectural engineering technology. Secondly, it is set as a core professional course for two majors, namely village construction and management and construction engineering supervision. It is also set as a professional extension course for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning engineering technology major. The main task is to train students to respect the law, study the law, abide by the law, and use the awareness, to understand the important legal concepts and legal systems in the process of construction management, to strictly implement the legal procedures of project construction, to develop professional character and behavior habits of abiding by the law, honesty and trustworthiness, and to have the ability to use legal thinking and legal ways to safeguard their rights and resolve conflicts and disputes.
