국내 철도차량 화재안전기준 개선에 관한 연구

Study on the Improvement of Fire Safety Standards Related to Domestic Railway Vehicle

본 논문은 국내 철도차량 화재시험기준의 문제점 분석을 통한 해당 화재안전기준에 대한 개선방안에 관한 연구이다. 해외의 철도차량 발주처는 강화된 유럽의 철도차량 화재시험기준을 적용하도록 요구하고 있는 추세이나 이와 관련한 국내 철도차량화재시험기준은 해외의 요구사항을 만족하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 해외 철도차량 요구사항을 만족하는 강화된 국내철도 화재안전기준 확보를 위하여 국내 철도차량 화재시험기준의 문제점을 분석하여 그 개선방안을 도출하였다.

This study proposes the enhancement of fire safety standards by analyzing issues within the current domestic railway vehicle fire test standards. Overseas railway vehicle operators are requesting the application of more stringent European fire test standards that domestic railway vehicles currently do not satisfy. To address this discrepancy and ensure that domestic railway fire safety standards are robust and in alignment with international requirements, this study analyzes the shortcomings of the existing fire test standards and proposes specific improvements.
