Experiential Homestay Space Design from the Perspective of Cultural Space

This design selects a homestay space type and is located near the Wanpingkou Scenic Area in Rizhao City, built by the sea with the theme “Facing the Sea, Spring Blossoms.” The sea represents both motion and purity, and the building embraces the sea as much as possible, giving a sense of clarity and transparency, allowing guests to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery. The homestay design comprises three floors. In terms of layout, the first floor features large public areas, while the second and third floors are primarily guest rooms. To allow guests to fully experience the local culture of Rizhao, the homestay includes a specialty product sales area and a tea room. Regarding material selection, simple and three-dimensional wood veneer furniture is predominantly used. The color design integrates with nature, with no need for excessive decoration. The wall color is mainly off-white, and the lighting primarily uses warm yellow tones, creating a cozy “home-like” atmosphere.

本设计选择民宿空间类型，选址日照市万平口风景区附近，依海而建，以“面朝大海，春暖花开”为题。海为动实为“净”，身处美丽的海边，建筑尽可能地拥抱大海，给人一种纯澈，透明的感受，让住客尽情享受无限好风光。本次民宿设计共有三层。在布局方面，一层设计了大片公共区域，二层三层主要为客房。为了让顾客可以最大限度感受到日照的地域文化，本民宿设计有特产售卖区，茶室等。在材料选择方面，多选用简洁、立体的木饰面家具。在色彩设计方面，与自然相融合，无需过多装饰，墙体颜色选用以米白色为主，在灯光的选择上也主要以暖黄色灯光为主，打造“家”一般的温馨。
