마취간호 교육프로그램이 회복마취간호사의 잡크래프팅, 임파워먼트, 직무열의에 미치는 효과

Effects of anesthesia nursing education programs in PACU nurses on job crafting, empowerment, and job enthusiasm

본 연구는 온라인 마취간호 교육프로그램이 회복마취간호사의 잡크래프팅, 임파워먼트, 직무열의에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 수행하였다. 전국의 회복마취간호사 54명을 대상으로 Donabedian(1980)모델을 토대로 개발한 온라인 마취간호 교육프로그램으로 그 효과를 검증하기 위한 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계 연구이다. 전문가 집단을 통해 교육프로그램의 타당성을 검증하였고, 마취통증의학과 교수, 마취 및 회복 간호 강사의 강의와 회복마취간호사의 온라인 참여를 기반으로 1일 4시간 2모듈 교육을 실시간 적용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계량과 Chi-squre test, t-test, Sharpiro-Will test, ANOVA로 분석하였다. 연구결과 온라인 마취회복간호 교육프로그램에 참여한 대상자의 잡크래프팅(F=5.26, p=.026), 임파워먼트(F=5.67, p=.021)에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 실무현장에서 일하는 회복마취간호사들은 마취간호교육프로그램을 통해 실무능력을 향상시킬￾ 수 있는 업무를 개념화와 직무를 완성하고 이를 토대로 실무현장에 필요한 다양한 마취간호 교육프로그램의 개발과 적용을 제언하는 바이다.

This study was conducted to confirm the effect of the online anesthesia nursing education program for recovery anesthesia nurses on job crafting, empowerment, and job enthusiasm. The subjects of the study were data collected from 54 nurses working on anesthesia across the country. This study is an online anesthesia nursing education program for recovery anesthesia nurses nationwide, developed based on the Dunavedian (1980) model, and is a design study before and after an equivalent control group to verify its effectiveness. The validity of the education program was verified through an expert group, and education was applied in real-time for 4 hours and 2 times a day based on lectures by professors of anesthesia pain medicine and anesthesia nursing instructors and online participation of recovery anesthesia nurses. The collected data used technical statistics, Chi-squre test, t-test, Sharpiro-Will test, and ANOVA using the SPSS 23.0 program. There is a significant difference in the result of the study, the subjects who participated in the online anesthesia nursing education program's job crafting (F=5.26, p=0.026), and empowerment (F=5.67, p=0.021). Recovery and anesthesia nurses working in clinical settings can conceptualize and complete tasks to enhance their practical abilities through anesthesia nursing education programs. Based on this, it is suggested to develop and implement various anesthesia nursing education programs required in clinical settings.
