재건축사업의 ESG 경영활동을 위한 중요도 및 우선순위 분석

Analysis of the Importance and Priorities of ESG Management Activities of Reconstruction Projects

본 연구에서는 건설산업의 지속가능발전을 위한 노력으로, 재건축사업을 위한 ESG 활동을 논의하고자 하였다. 특히, 본 연구의 목적은 중소건설업체를 중심으로 구성된 국내 건설 산업구조에서 건설업의 ESG 참여 및 이에 따른 실효성을 제고하기 위해, 재건축 ESG 경영활 동에 영향을 미치는 결정요인에 대한 중요도 및 우선순위를 분석하는 데 있다. 설문조사는 건설사에 근무하는 전문가집단을 대상으로 온라인을 통한 정량 조사를 수행하였고, 재건축 ESG 경영활동의 결정요인 분석을 위한 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)는 DRESS 1.7 프로그램을 활용하여 진행되었다. 분석 결과, AHP 1계층 요인인 환경, 사회, 지배구조 간의 상대적 중요도는 사회적 요인이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 환경과 지배구조가 순차적으로 높게 나타났다. 또한, 재건축 ESG의 결정요인에 대한 상대적 중요도 분석 결과, 환경적 요소인 폐기물 처리의 중요도가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 사회적 요소인 일자리 마련과 안전이 다음으로 높게 나타났다. 이에 반해, 지배구조 요소 중 윤리경영, 주민참여, 경영전략은 순서대로 낮게 나타났다.

This study attempted to discuss ESG activities for reconstruction projects as an effort for sustainable development of the construction industry. In particular, the purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and priorities of determinants affecting reconstruction ESG management activities in order to enhance the participation of the construction industry in ESG and its effectiveness in the domestic construction industry structure, which is composed mainly of small and medium-sized construction companies. The survey was conducted online with a quantitative survey of a group of experts working at construction companies, and the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) for the analysis of determinants of reconstruction ESG management activities was conducted using the DRESS 1.7 program. As a result of the analysis, social factors were the highest in the relative importance between AHP tier 1 factors, environmental factors, society, and governance, and environmental and governance were sequentially the highest. In addition, as a result of analyzing the relative importance of the determinants of reconstruction ESG, the importance of waste treatment, which is an environmental factor, was the highest, followed by job preparation and safety, which are social factors. On the other hand, ethical management, resident participation, and management strategies were shown to be lower in order among governance factors.
