자활사업 참여자의 자활사업 효과성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

A Study on Impact of Self-Reliance Project Participation on the Effectiveness of Self-Reliance Project : Focusing on the Level and Type of Social Capital

본 연구는 자활사업 참여자의 자활사업 효과성에 미치는 영향을 참여자의 사회자본 수준과유형을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 지역내 지역자활센터 자활사업에 참여하고 있는 참여자를대상으로 이루어졌으며 자료분석은 SPSS 26.0 이용하였다. 자료분석 결과 자활사업 효과성 중 소득의 변화, 근로만족도의 변화, 생활만족도 변화에 사회자본 수준과 유형이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이상의 결과를 근거로 참여자의 사회자본 관리를 위한 자원 연계망 구축, 자활사업의 자율성 보장, 참여자의 근로능력 판단 기준 수정, 현장형 맞춤형 교육에 대한정책적 제언을 제시하였다. 하지만 본 연구는 자활사업에 참여하고 있는 참여자의 사회자본을 제한적으로 살펴보았기에 한계를 가지고 있다. 추후 연구에서 자활사업의 효과성에 대한 폭넓은 요인을살펴봄으로써 본 연구에서 살펴보지 못한 요인을 찾을 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

This study examined the impact on the effectiveness of self-reliance projectparticipants, focusing on the level and type of social capital of the participants. The subjectsof the study were participants participating in self-reliance projects at local self-reliancecenters in the region, and data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0. As a result of dataanalysis, it was analyzed that the level and type of social capital had a statistically significant impact on the effectiveness of self-reliance projects such as changes in income, changes inwork satisfaction, and changes in life satisfaction. Based on the above results, policyrecommendations were presented for establishing a resource network for managing socialcapital of participants, guaranteeing autonomy in self-reliance projects, modifying criteria forjudging participants' work ability, and field-based customized education. However, this studyhas limitations because it only examined the social capital of participants participating inself-reliance projects. In future research, we believe that by examining a wide range of factorsrelated to the effectiveness of self-reliance projects, we will be able to find factors that werenot examined in this study.
