Through 57 cases of Luohan beds in the Qing Dynasty, this study analyzes their shape and structure, decoration, materials and other three aspects from the perspective of modeling, trying to find out the modeling characteristics of Luohan bed in the Qing Dynasty. The analysis results show that during the Qing Dynasty, the most common form and structure of Luohan bed was a three segment linear stomach disease. The shape of aprin is mainly linear. The most common combination of legs and feet is a hunchback shape with horseshoes. The main decorative technique is sculpture. There are various types of decorative patterns, with dragon and floral patterns appearing the most frequently. The materials mainly use precious wood, among which Dalbergia cochinchinensis Pierre, Pterocarpus indicus Willd, Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen, etc. are the most commonly used wood. The seat board materials include wood and rattan weaving. Therefore, the decorative features of the Qing Dynasty Luohan bed, especially its gorgeous appearance, have attracted much attention because accord- ing to historical records, this is very consistent with the common characteristics of furniture styles in the Qing Dynasty.
