예비 교사의교직인·적성과 도덕적 판단이 교직윤리의식에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Teaching Aptitude, Personality, and Moral Judgment of Pre-service Teachers on Teaching Ethics Awareness

목적 본 연구는 예비 교사의 교직인·적성과 도덕적 판단이 교직 윤리 의식에 영향을 미치는 영향을 분석하여 예비 교사의 교직윤리의식 함양을 증진하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 서울, 경기, 인천 지역 소재 영유아 관련 학과 예비 교사 194명을 대상으로 수집하여 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 예비 교사의 교직윤리의식과 교직인·적성 및 도덕적 판단은 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비 교사의 교직윤리의식에 교직인·적성이 유의한 영향을 미치며, 하위요인 중 타인 존중과 책임감이 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 예비 교사의 교직 윤리 의식은 교직 인성과 적성에 영향을 받는다. 따라서 예비교사의 교직윤리의식을 높이기 위해 교직 인성과 적성의 발달을 지원하는 교육프로그램과 제도를 도입할 필요가 있다.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze how pre-service teachers' personality, aptitude and ethical judgment influence their awareness of teaching ethics, aiming to provide information for enhancing prospective teachers' cultivation of teaching ethics. Methods Data were collected from 194 pre-service teachers enrolled in early childhood education programs in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon regions and analyzed accordingly. Results The results indicate a significant positive correlation between teaching ethics awareness and teaching aptitude, personality, and moral judgment. Particularly, teaching aptitude significantly affects teaching ethics awareness, with respect to sub-factors such as respect for others and responsibility. Conclusions Pre-service teachers' awareness of teaching ethics is influenced by their personality and aptitude. Therefore, there is a need to introduce educational programs and systems that support the development of teaching aptitude and personality to enhance pre-service teachers’ teaching ethics.
