기업의 디지털전환(DX) 활용 수준에 관한 연구 - 빅데이터 품질 중심으로 -

초격차 AI 시대에는 수많은 데이터가 실시간으로 생성되어 활용되고 있다. 이제는 기업들이 고객의 데이터를 실시간으로 분석하여 응대해야 만 살아남을 수 있는 빅데이터 기 업경영 시대가 도래된 것이다. 하지만 기업이 보유하고 있는 고객 데이터에 대한 품질관리 수준이 기업 경영에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구와 논의는 부족하였다. 또 한 최근에는 신속한 고객 응대 전략의 하나로 수많은 기업들이 디지털 전환(DX)을 수행하고 있으며, 이 과정을 거치면서 빅데이터 품질 개선에 많은 시간과 금액을 투자하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 구조설계, 데이터베이스관리, 빅데이터 활용관리 등 빅데이터 품 질관리 요소들이 기업의 디지털 전환(DX) 활용 수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 100명의 임 직원 설문을 통해 조사하였고, 가설을 설정하여 검증하였다. 데이터베이스관리, 빅데이터 활 용관리가 기업의 디지털전환(DX) 활용 수준 관리에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

In the era of super-gap AI, a lot of data is generated and utilized in real time. Now, the era of big data company management has arrived in which companies can survive only by analyzing and responding to customer data in real time. However, research and discussion on the impact of the quality control level of customer data held by companies on corporate management were insufficient. In addition, in recent years, as one of the quick customer response strategies, numerous companies are carrying out digital transformation (DX), and through this process, they are investing a lot of time and money in improving the quality of big data. In this study, we investigated how big data quality management factors, such as big data structure design, database management, and big data utilization management, affect the level of digital transformation (DX) use of companies, Hypothesis was established and verified. Database management and big data utilization management had a significant influence on the management of the level of digital transformation (DX) utilization of companies.
