This paper studies the construction of the evaluation system and pathways for quality improvement in international education at universities in Heilongjiang Province. It analyzes the current situation and identifies deficiencies in educational resources, depth of cooperation, and quality evaluation systems. The paper proposes guiding principles, basic standards, and quality enhancement criteria. It suggests optimizing the allocation of educational resources, internationalizing curriculum settings and teaching methods, building an international faculty, strengthening student internationalization training and management, and improving cooperation and exchange mechanisms. The importance of government policy support, university management reform, and international cooperation is emphasized to comprehensively enhance the quality and competitiveness of international education in Heilongjiang Province universities, providing valuable experience for the internationalization of higher education nationwide.
本文研究了黑龙江省高校国际化教育评价体系的构建与质量提升路径,分析现状,指出高校在国际化教育资源、合作深度和质量评价体系方面存在的不足,提出了导向准则、基础准则和提质准则。本文建议优化教育资源配置、国际化课程设置和教学方法、建设国际化师资队伍、加强学生国际化培养与管理以及完善合作与交流机制,强调政府政策支持、高校管理改革和国际合作的重要性,以全面提升黑龙江省高校的国际化教育质量和国际竞争力,为全国高等教育国际化提供经验借鉴。
