닥터헬기 응급의료종사자의 탑승자 집체 교육 경험에 관한 질적 연구

The Qualitative Study Experience of Collective Training Programs among Doctor Helicopter Emergency Medical Workers: Focus Group Interview

본 연구의 목적은 닥터헬기 응급의료종사자의 탑승자 집체 교육 경험을 탐색하기 위함이다. 자료 수집기간은 2021년 3월 25일부터 4월 1일이며, 자료수집은 닥터헬기를 탑승하는 6명의 응급의료종사자를 대상으로 초점 집단 인터뷰를 시행하였다. 심층 인터뷰와 현장노트를 통해 수집된 자료 내용을 분석한 결과, 닥터헬기 응급의료종사자의 탑승자 집체 교육 경험은 1) 형식적인 입문 교육 2) 유연하지 않은 역량3) 이루어지지 않는 질 관리로 3개의 주제, 7개의 하위 주제로 구성되었다. 본 연구 결과 탑승자 집체교육은 다양한 변수가 발생할수 있는 현장 적용이 가능하고 실질적이면서 팀워크 및 개인 역량 강화를할 수 있는 새로운 교육 프로그램이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 안전한 항공이송 체계를 구축하기 위해서는현장 요구도를 반영한 과학적이면서 체계적이고 역량을 강화할수 있는 실무교육 제공과 주기적인 질관리가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of Doctor Helicopter Emergency Medical Workers in collective training programs. Data collection was conducted through focus group interviews with six Emergency Medical Workers from March 25 to April 1, 2021. Analysis of data collected from in-depth interviews and field notes revealed that the collective education experiences of these professionals consist of three main themes and seven sub-themes: 1) Perfunctory gateway education, 2) Inflexible competency, 3) Non-implementation of quality management. According to the results of this study, the collective training programs for Emergency Medical Workers were merely perfunctory basic education. There is a need for new, field-applicable collective training programs that are practical and capable of enhancing teamwork and individual skills among Doctor Helicopter emergency medical workers. To establish a safe air transport system, it is necessary to provide scientific and systematic education that reflects on-site demands, along with quality management.
