간호대학생의 임상수행능력과 의사소통능력의 관계에서 눈치의 매개효과

The Mediating Effect of Nunchi in the Relationship between Clinical Competence and Communication Skill among Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력, 의사소통능력, 눈치 수준을 파악하고, 이들 간의 관계를 규명하고, 눈치의 매개효과를 통해 임상수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 확립하고자 실시되었다. 본 연구의목적은 간호대학생의 임상수행능력과 의사소통능력의 관계에서 눈치의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 연구대상자는 S시와 M시의 4년제 대학 4학년에 재학중인 278명이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 임상수행능력 향상을 위해 본 연구에서는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 향상시키는 요인으로 의사소통능력과 눈치의 매개효과를 규명하기 위해 선행연구를 토대로 변수간 관계의 개념틀을 설정하였다. 연구 결과, 임상수행능력과 의사소통능력은 눈치와유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났으며, 임상수행능력과 의사소통능력의 관계에서 눈치는 완전매개효과가있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 결과에 따라 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위해 눈치향상 훈련 프로그램을개발하여 적용한다면 간호대학생의 의사소통능력 향상에 유용할 것으로 사료된다.

This study was conducted to understand the clinical competence, communication skill, and of nursing students, and to establish a method to improve clinical competence by identifying the relationship and mediating effect between them. The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating effect of Nunchi in the relationship between clinical competence and communication skill of nursing students. The subjects of the study were 278 students in their fourth year of a four-year university in S and M cities. Data analysis was performed through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0. As a result of the study, clinical competence and communication skill showed a significant positive correlation with Nunchi, and Nunchi was found to have a full mediating effect in the relationship between clinical competence and communication skill. Based on the results of this study, it is believed that developing and applying a Nunchi improvement training program to improve clinical competence will be useful in improving the communication skills of nursing students.
