In the digital intelligence era, the acquisition of information is more flexible, diversified and convenient, and the pressure and difficulty of ideological and political education in colleges and universities are increasing day by day, and ideological and political teachers are the key to solving the problem. It is of great significance to introduce the concept and theory of competency into the research on the quality and skills of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities, and break the traditional evaluation system of only academic qualifications and scientific research, so as to strengthen the quality, literacy and skill improvement of teachers. In the new era of digital intelligence, ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities not only need rich professional theoretical knowledge and good education and teaching skills, but also need to have higher political quality, superb information collection and processing ability, and understanding and comprehension of excellent traditional Chinese culture. We should truly lead the thinking of young college students, establish correct values, outlook on life, and world outlook, and cultivate qualified socialist newcomers.
数智时代信息的获取更为灵活、多元、便捷,高校思政教育面临的压力和难度日益增进,而思政教师是问题破解的关键一招。引入胜任力的概念及理论到高校思政教师的素质技能研究中,打破传统意义上唯学历与科研的评价体系,对强化教师素质、素养与技能提升具有重要意义。数智时代,高校思政教师不仅需要丰富的专业理论知识、良好的教育教学技能,还需具备更较高的政治素质、高超的信息收集处理能力、中华优秀传统文化的理解与领悟力更要活学活用,同时需依托数智技术全面改进教育教学技术,进一步提升质量等,达到岗位所需的胜任力,这样才能有效彰显思政课的魅力,才能有效确保思政课教学目标和教学效果,真正引领青年大学生思想,树立正确的价值观、人生观和世界观,培养出合格的社会主义新人。
