创新型大学人才培养模式下的思想政治教育策略研究

Investigating Ideological and Political Education Strategies within Talent Cultivation Models at Innovative Universities

The cultivation of innovative talents is an important goal of the reform of contemporary higher education talent cultivation models. Ideological and political education is crucial in the innovative university talent cultivation models, which helps to shape students’ sense of social responsibility, cultivate the spirit of innovation and encourage interdisciplinary thinking. The current ideological and political education in the innovative university talent cultivation modes is characterized by problems such as single educational methods and strategies, shortcomings in social practice education in the evaluation of effectiveness, and challenges brought about by the fast-changing times and external environment. In the future, strategies to strengthen ideological and political education in the talent cultivation models of innovative universities include: integrating interdisciplinary approaches into curriculum design to cultivate students’ innovative thinking and independent thinking ability, promoting active participation in social practice activities, and strengthening cooperation between universities and external organizations. Through these strategies, universities can provide contemporary college students with richer and more diverse learning experiences and ensure that ideological and political education plays a key role in the cultivation of innovative talents.

创新型人才培养是当代高等教育人才培养模式改革的重要目标。创新型大学人才培养模式中，思想政治教育至关重要，有助于塑造学生社会责任感、培养创新精神、鼓励跨学科思维。当前思想政治教育在创新型大学人才培养模式中存在着教育方法和策略较为单一、有效性评价中社会实践教育存在短板以及快速变革的时代与外部环境带来的挑战等问题。未来，创新型高校人才培养模式下加强思想政治教育的策略包括：在课程设计中融入跨学科方法以培养学生创新性思维和独立思考能力、促进积极参与社会实践活动、加强大学与外部组织之间的合作。通过这些策略，大学可以为当代大学生提供更丰富、更多元化的学习体验，确保思想政治教育在创新人才培养中发挥关键作用。
