본 연구는 생태탐방원과 유사한 성격을 지닌 시설 간의 브랜드 포지셔닝 분석을 통해 국립공원 생태탐방원의 관리 및 운영방안 설정을위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 위해 기존연구의 고찰 및 연구자의 주관을 통해 도출한 속성의 중요도 값을 활용하여비교기관 간의 유사성을 분석하였으며, 각 속성벡터의 방향성을 확인하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 설문은 온라인 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌으며, 총 433부의 유효 표본을 분석에 사용하였다. 전체 응답자 및 생태탐방원 인지 집단 분석 결과, 생태탐방원과 숲체원은 같은사분면에, 자연환경연수원과 청소년수련원은 매우 근접한 반면, 자연휴양림은 독자적인 위치에 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 반면 생태탐방원 비인지 집단은 숲체원과 자연환경연수원을 유사한 관계로 인식하였으며, 생태탐방원은 독자적인 위치를 가졌다. 10가지 속성에 대한 벡터를추가로 분석한 결과 생태탐방원은 자연성, 생태관광 속성에 강점을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 생태탐방원의 미래 관리와 효율적인 운영방안을 제시하였다.
This study was conducted to present basic data for establishing management and operation plans for the Nature Center of a National Park through a brand positioning analysis of facilities with characteristics similar to that of the nature center. For this study, similarities between comparative facilities were analyzed using the importance of attributes derived through a review of existing studies and the researcher’s subjective opinion. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to confirm the direction of each attribute vector. The survey was conducted online, and 433 valid samples were used for the analysis. For respondents who had heard of the Nature Center, it was confirmed that the Nature Center and the National Forest Education Center were in the same quadrant, and the Natural Environment Training Institute and Youth Center were very close, while the Recreation Forest was in an independent location. However, for respondents who had never heard of Nature Centers, it was confirmed that the National Forest Education Center and Natural Environment Training Institute were similar and that the Nature Center was in an independent location. As a result of an additional analysis of vectors for the 10 attributes, it was found that the Nature Center had strengths in terms of naturalness and ecotourism attributes. Based on the derived results, future management and efficient operation plans for Natural Centers are presented
