쓰기 전 활동 프로그램이 뇌성마비 아동의 소근육 및 시지각 기능에 미치는 영향: 예비 연구

The Effects of a Pre-writing Activity Program on Fine Motor and Visual Perception in Children With Cerebral Palsy: A Pilot Study

목적: 본 연구에서는 뇌성마비(Cerebral Palsy) 아동에게쓰기 전 활동 프로그램이 시지각의 발달과 소근육에 미치는영향에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 방법: 본 연구는 뇌성마비 아동을 대상으로 쓰기 전 활동프로그램을 적용한 사례연구이다. 중재 방법은 5개의 활동으로 구성된 쓰기 전 활동 프로그램을 사용하였으며 중재전과 후에 평가를 각 1회 실시하고 치료는 30분씩 15회로총 17회기 시행되었다. 전반적인 발달은 한국형 덴버발달선별검사Ⅱ, 소근육의 발달은 젭슨-테일러 손기능 평가도구와 운동적합성 검사 단축형의 하위검사인 Fine Motor Precision, Manual Dexterity를 사용하였다. 시지각평가는시지각 발달 검사의 하위검사인 눈-손 협응, 따라그리기를사용하였다. 결과는 중재 전과 후 차이값을 산출하여 비교하였다. 결과: 쓰기 전 활동 프로그램은 소근육의 발달에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 젭슨-테일러 손 기능 평가도구로 측정한결과 비우세손과 우세손에서 모두 수행 시간의 감소로 대부분의 항목에서 향상을 보였다. 대부분의 영역에서 점수가 향상되었다. 운동적합성 검사 단축형 중 Fine Motor Precision 과 Manual Dexterity 하위 검사의 모든 영역에서 점수가 향상되었다. 시지각 발달 검사 중 눈-손협응, 따라그리기 하위검사의 모든 영역에서 점수가 향상되었다. 결론: 본 예비 연구를 통해서 뇌성마비 아동에게 쓰기전 활동 프로그램이 시지각 및 소근육의 발달에 긍정적인영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였고 향후에는 그룹 연구를 통해쓰기 전 활동 프로그램이 시지각 및 소근육 발달에 미치는영향을 검증할 필요가 있다.

This study purpose to investigate the effect of visual perception development on fine motor skills in children with cerebral palsy. This case study applied a prewriting activity program for children with cerebral palsy. The intervention used a prewriting program consisting of five activities. Evaluation was conducted once before and once after the intervention, and treatment was conducted 15 times for 30 min each. The K-DDST II, Jebsen-Taylor hand function test, sub-items of the BOT-2, and sub-items of the DTVP-3 were used for evaluation. The results were visually analyzed using tables. The pre-writing activity program had a positive effect on the development of fine motor skills. As a result of Jebsen - Taylor Hand Function Test, most items showed improvement with both hands. Among the BOT2-, DTVP-3 scores improved in all areas. This study confirmed that a pre-writing activity program had a positive effect on the development of visual perception and fine motor skills in children with cerebral palsy. In future, it will be necessary to verify the impact of the pre-writing activity program on visual perception and fine motor development through group research.
