학교교육에서 내러티브 역량 개발 방향 탐구: 브루너의 이론을 중심으로

In Search of the Development of Narrative Competence in Schooling: Focusing on Bruner’s Theory

본 연구의 주요 목적은 학교교육에서 내러티브 역량의 중요성과 개발 방향 및 전략을 모색하는 것이다. 본 연구는 주로 문헌 조사와 사례 분석의 두 가지 연구 방법을 채택하였다. 먼저, 문헌조사를 통해 학교교육에서 역량 개발의 방법과 도전, 내러티브 역량의 중요성 및 등장 배경을 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 학습자 중심 교육과정, 간학문, 내러티브의 중요성을 반영한 수업의 세 가지 측면에서 내러티브 역량 개발의 방향을 모색하였다. 둘째, 사례분석 방법으로 우리나라의 세 가지 수준별, 즉 국가 교육과정 수준, 대학교 수준, 단위학교 수준에 있는 내러티브 역량 개발 사례를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 학교교육에서의 내러티브 역량 개발의 방법을 제시하였다. 이들 방법을 통하여 내러티브 역량의 구체적인 개발 방안으로 브루너의 교육이론 적용, 교육과정 개발 측면, 수업 실천 측면 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 학교교육의 역량 개발을 위한 새로운 방향과 아이디어를 제공하고 있으며, 앞으로 다양한 학문분야와 학문분야에서 내러티브 역량의 응용에 대한 심도 있는 연구를 수행하고 보다 효과적인 교수법과 평가방법을 모색하며 학교 교육 및 역량 개발을 위한 새로운 탐색을 제공할 것이다.

This study aims to explore the importance of narrative competence in schooling and the directions and strategies for its development, focusing on Bruner’s theory. This study mainly adopted two research methods: literature review and case study. First, the literature review examined the methods and challenges of competence development in schooling, the importance of narrative competence, and the background of its emergence. Based on this, this study explores the direction of narrative competence development from three aspects: learner-centered curriculum, interdisciplinary education, and instruction that reflects the importance of narrative. Second, through the case study method, this study analyzed narrative competence development cases at three levels in Korea: the national curriculum level, university level, and school level, and suggested ways to develop narrative competence in schooling. Specific ways to develop narrative competence include the application of Bruner’s educational theory, curriculum development, and classroom practice. This study provides new directions and ideas for competence development in schooling. In the future, we will conduct in-depth research on the application of narrative competence in various disciplines and fields of study, seek more effective teaching and evaluation methods, and provide new explorations for schooling and competence development.
