정신질환 청소년 정신건강서비스 제공 경험에 대한 질적 사례연구

A Qualitative Case Study of Experience in Providing Mental Health Services for Adolescence Mental Disorders

본 연구는 정신질환 청소년에 대한 정신건강서비스 제공 경험을 통해 정신건강서비스를 이해하고자 함에 있다 이를 위해 서비스 제공자들의 경험을 이해하고자 . 정신질환 청소년을 대상으로 특화 되어 있는 병원 Wee센터와 사회복귀시설 그리고 정신건강증진센터의 실무자들을 중심으로 서비스 제공 경험을 심층적으로 분석하였다. 질적 연구 방법 중 사례연구를 활용하였으며 연구 문제에 따른 연구 결과는 총 3가지의 대주제와 6가지 주제 그리고 17개의 범주로 분석 결과가 도출되었다. 세부적으로 대주제를 중심으로 살펴보면, ‘정신건강서비스로 끌어들이기’, ‘변화로 이끌어 내기’, ‘남겨진 과제들’로 드러났다. 연구 결과를 통하여 정신건강서비스의 제공 및 유지에 상당한 어려움이 존재하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 어려움은 당사자 특성을 반영한 서비스 환경이 준비되지 못한 탓으로 볼 수 있다. 정신질환으로 인한 어려움에 놓여 있는 청소년을 돕기 위해 대상 청소년 및 가족의 특성을 고려한 서비스 접근 및 서비스체계의 구축 등이 요구된다.

This study is to understand the mental health services through the experience of providing mental health services for adolescence. In order to understand the experience of service providers, this study deeply analyzed the experience of providing services by practitioners who provide mental health services in Hospital Wee Centers, Mental Rehabilitation Centers, and Mental Health Promotion Centers. The results of this study are as follows. Results were drawn into 3 parent topics, 6 themes, and 17 different categories. The three parent topics were‘to attract mental health services’, ‘lead to a change’, ‘ the remaining challenges’. This study showed that there were significant challenges to provide mental health services. These difficulties came from insufficient service systems for the adolescent mentally ill. Therefore, it is recommended to establish service systems for considering traits of the adolescent mentally ill and their families.
