Recently, as the growth potential of the service industry is expanding, such as diversification and advancement of service demand, human resource management becomes more important as the organizational members of hotel companies become diverse and rapidly changed. In this study, the understanding of research variables such as human resource management, organizational commitment, and job performance and the theoretical discussion on the relationship between them were developed. Through previous studies, basic concepts and major characteristics of these variables were understood, and a research model was established through theoretical discussions on the relationship between these variables. The subjects of this study were 267 employees working at five-star hotels in Seoul. The survey period was from November 10, 2023 to November 25, 2023. First, before analyzing the relationship between human resource management, organizational commitment and job performance of hotel organization, the concept and sub-dimensions of these variables were examined and previous studies on the relationship between variables were examined. The results of the analysis of the relationship between human resource management and organizational commitment and job attitude through structural equation model analysis are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the four variables of human resource management of hotel companies recognized by hotel organization members had a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment and job performance of hotel employees. Second, it was analyzed that the organizational commitment of hotel members had a significant positive effect on their job performance.
