A Study on Usable Coffee Content from a Humanities Perspective

The purpose of this study is to study coffee content that can be used from a humanities perspective. We would like to approach and analyze it from the following three perspectives. First, we would like to find the intersection between coffee consumption culture and humanities. Second, we would like to analyze the meaning of coffee's contact with the humanities at a literary and philosophical level. Third, we would like to analyze the humanistic approach from the perspective of coffee, art, and the cultural industry. Considering this, this study focused on research on coffee content that can be used from a humanities perspective. For this purpose, we reviewed domestic and foreign books, periodicals, and previous studies related to coffee humanities. In addition, newspaper articles and specialized magazines were intensively analyzed to reflect and analyze recent coffee humanities trends. As a result of analyzing coffee content at various humanistic levels, first, the symbolism and function of coffee content in literary works were confirmed. Second, we analyzed the existence of coffee-related content containing philosophical reasons. Third, it was confirmed that the meaning and role of coffee in works of art are important. In addition, as a result of analysis to expand cultural understanding and humanities knowledge through coffee, it was confirmed that, first, coffee culture plays a role in communication and connection between human relationships. Second, the relevance of coffee's role in contributing to mental and psychological stability was verified. Third, I was able to understand the culture and historical background of countries around the world through coffee. Accordingly, this study presented a strategy for producing and utilizing humanistic coffee content. First, a methodology for producing coffee content with a humanistic theme was presented. Second, a strategy for discovering and developing coffee content that can attract public attention was proposed. Third, a strategy for utilizing coffee content containing humanistic reasons was presented. In particular, the direction of discussion based on future research results was primarily focused on utilizing the potential value of humanities coffee content. Second, it was suggested to secure the possibility of expanding humanities knowledge through coffee. Third, it was suggested that verification of the effectiveness and limitations of the strategy and direction of discussion proposed in this study was necessary. The results of this study are significant in that they provide theoretical and practical implications by providing motivation to continue to pursue coffee humanities-related research.
