The Effect of Local Government Head’s Servant Leadership on Trust in Local Government and Local Citizenship Behavior in Local Festival : Focued on Gwangju Kimchi Festival

The purpose of this study is to present implications for a successful local festival for the local government head’s and the local government by analyze the effect of government head’s servant leadership on the trust in the local government and local citizenship behavior. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, it was found that local government head’s servant leadership had a partially significant positive(+) effect on the local government trust of the local people. Second, it was found that local government head’s servant leadership had a partially significant positive(+) effect on the local citizenship behavior. Third, it was found that the trust of local government of local residents had a partially significant positive(+) effect on local citizenship behavior. Based on the empirical analysis results, practical implications were presented for local government officials including the local government head, to draw local people's trust in and interest in local governments and festivals.
