아동학대 잠재위험성에 영향을 미치는 가족요인에 대한 사회적 지지의 중재연구

A Study on the Intervention of Social Support in Family Factors that Affect Child Abuse Potential

본 연구는 아동학대를 유발하는 가족요인에 대한 사회적 지지의 중재효과를 분석하기 위하여 실시되었다. 부산 및 경남지역에 거주하는 904명의 양육자들을 할당 표집하여 2006년 설문조사를 실시하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 결혼만족도와 체벌허용도 및 빈곤문제가 아동학대 잠재위험성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이 세가지 변수 중 사회적 지지는 결혼만족도와 체벌허용도를 유의미하게 중재하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구의 논의는 크게 두가지로 이루어졌다. 첫째, 결혼만족도와 체벌허용도를 중재하는 사회적 지지의 중요성과 둘째, 현재 연구되는 사회적 지지는 비공식적, 정서적 지지에 초점을 맞추고 있다는 점을 감안할 때 빈곤문제는 비공식적, 정서적 지지만으로는 해결될 수 없는 심각한 학대유발요인임을 전개하였다.

The purpose of this study is to prove the intervention impact of social support in family factors that affect child abuse. Firstly, an inquiry was made into the literature on child abuse and its family factors, and the four factors of marital satisfaction, life stress, corporal punishment and poverty problems were deduced from this inquiry. The subjects of this research study were 904 caregivers who live in Busan. The results of this study were as follows. First, the factors of marital satisfaction, corporal punishment and poverty problems significantly affected child abuse potential. Second, social support significantly intervened in the areas of marital satisfaction and corporal punishment. In conclusion, a discussion concerning the requirements of social support and the seriousness of the poverty problem was suggested.
