남편을 살해한 가정폭력피해자 사례관리 기법및 개입과정에 관한 연구

A Study on the Case Management Method and Process on the Family Violence Victims Who Killed Their Husbands

본 연구의 목적은 가정폭력피해자를 대상으로 사례관리 기법을 적용하고 그 개입과정을 연구하여 현장에서의 직접적인 실천에 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하는 데 있다. 연구의 대상은 남편을 살해한 혐의로 긴급체포된 가정폭력피해여성으로 여동생이 접수한 사례이다. 본 연구자는 복합적이고 다양한 욕구를 가지고 있는 가정폭력피해자 사례관리를 위해 Rothman의 경험적 모델을 활용한 지역협의체 사례관리 모델을 따랐다. 연구의 주요결과를 요약하면 첫째, 클라이언트 개인과 가족의 항상성 회복이라는 장기목표하에 수립된 제1차 목표는 클라이언트의 석방이었는데, 이에 대한 단기계획 일정을 수립하여 여성폭력방지경상남도협의체에 소속된 기관들이 역할을 분담하여 수행하였고 대상자는 보석으로 석방되었다. 둘째, 지역사회 자원의 네트웍을 통하여 대상자와 자녀가 함께 생활하며 가족기능을 회복할 수 있도록 하였고, 대상자에게는 자아존중감과 우울증에 대한 평가를 사전․사후 실시한 결과 자아존중감이 향상되고 우울감은 낮아졌다. 가정폭력 피해자를 대상으로 지역협의체 모델을 활용한 사례관리에서는 기관 상호간의 협력에 기반하여 역할분담과 자원의 공동 활용에 따른 책임성이 요구되는데, 이에 대한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지 실천적 함의를 도출하였다.

This article intends to apply the case management method to family violence victims and to study the process of their intervention. By doing so, this study will propose a model that can be applied to the actual source of the family violence. The subject of the study is a woman who was the victim of family violence arrested without warrant on the suspicion of killing her husband, which was applied for by the woman's sister. The researcher suggested a practical model for the case management, applying the regional council model, which uses Rothman's experimental model and is useful for managing cases of family violence victims who have complex and diverse needs and studying the process ofintervention. Summarizing the main results of this study, first, the primary goal established under the long-term goal of the client and her family's continued recovery was her release from prison. Settingup the schedule of a short-term plan, the organizations belonging to the Kyeongsangnam-do's council of preventing violence against women played different roles in bailing the woman out of jail. .Second, the woman and her children could live together and the family function could be restored through the resource network of the local community. Based on the results of the before and after-evaluations on her self-esteem and depression, the woman showed improvement. In the case management offamily violence victims using the regional council model, it is required for the organizations to have responsibility for the role assignment and the collective use of resources based on mutual cooperation. The study has drawn practical implications for social welfare according to the results.
