자폐아동 가족의 스트레스와 가족적응이 자폐아동의 사회적응에 미치는 경로분석

An Analysis of Pathways from Family Stress and Family Adaptation to the Social Adaptation of Autistic Children - Verification of the moderating effect of family resilience

본 연구의 목적은 가족관련 변수와 자폐성 장애아동의 사회적응이 어떤 관련성을 가지고 있는지를 살펴보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 255명의 자폐성 장애아동의 가족 구성원을 대상으로 가족스트레스, 가족적응, 아동의 사회적응 및 가족탄력성 척도를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 하기 위하여 Amos 7.0을 사용하였다 분석결과 가족스트레스와 가족적응이 자폐성 장애아동의 사회적응에 이르는 경로계수가 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 또한 가족스트레스가 가족적응에 이르는 경로계수도 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 그리고 가족스트레스와 가족적응간의 관계에서 가족탄력성이 미치는 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 가족탄력성의 하위차원 중 의사소통만이 조절효과를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 가족스트레스와 아동의 사회적응간의 관계에서 가족탄력성이 미치는 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 가족탄력성의 4개의 모든 하위차원에서 조절효과를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 연구의 의의, 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between family factors and the social adaptation of autistic children. To achieve the mentioned purpose of research, the data was collected from the scales of the family stress, family adaptation, social adaption of autistic children and family resilience for 255 family members of autistic children. Statistical analysis was performed according to AMOS 7.0 for factor analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. According to the results, it was found that family stress and family adaptation has meaningful statistical difference in the degree of social adaptation of autistic children. Also, family stress has meaningful statistical difference in the degree of family adaptation. And after analyzing moderating effect of family resilience in the result to examine the influence of family stress on family adaptation, only family communication in subordinate dimension of family resilience provide moderation effect. Also, the moderating effect of all subordinate dimension of family resilience between family stress and the social adaption of autistic children has been analyzed, too. Finally, the significance of this study, its limitation and further research was discussed.
