유아 셀프 리더십 척도 개발과 보육현장의 적용 가능성 탐색

Development of the Scale of children Self-Leadership and Research of Implement possibility in Child Care Centers

본 연구의 목적은 유아의 셀프 리더십 척도를 개발하여 보육현장에서 유아의 셀프 리더십을 평가하고, 발달시키는 데 기여하는 것이다. 유아 셀프 리더십 척도를 개발하기 위하여 먼저 문헌 고찰과 전문가 의견조사를 기초로 3개 차원과 8개 하위영역으로 구성요인을 설정하였다. 각 차원은 영역을 포함하는 형태로, 자기관리, 자연적 보상, 건설적 사고를 포함하였다. 두 번째로 서울･경기 지역 만3, 4, 5세 유아의 부모를 대상으로 유아 셀프 리더십 척도를 개발하였다. 척도의 개발을 위해 내용타당도와 예비조사, 최종문항의 선정단계를 거쳤으며, 개발된 척도의 3차원 8영역에 차원별 독립성 정도를 알아보기 위하여 차원별로 요인수를 지정하여 요인분석을 하였다. 연구 결과 유아 셀프 리더십 척도는 자기목표설정, 자기연습, 자기통제 등 3영역 18문항으로 구성된 자기관리 차원, 정신적 보상, 신체적 보상 등 2영역 8문항으로 구성된 자연적 보상, 자기기대, 기회사고, 문제해결력 등 3역역의 25문항으로 구성된 건설적 사고 차원으로 구성되었다. 개발된 척도의 신뢰도는 Cronbach’s = .913으로 나타났으며, 각 하위차원별로는 자기관리 차원이 .765, 자연적 보상 차원이 .781, 건설적 사고 차원이 .855로 나타났다.

This study aimed to develop the scale children of self-leadership because it measured self-leadership during early childhood in child care centers. The research results have been summarized as follows. First, in order to develop the scale of children self-leadership, three dimensions and eight subordinate domains were set on the basis of literature research and a survey conducted by experts. The three levels are self-management, natural reward and constructive thought, and each level contains subordinate domains. Second, the study has developed the scale of children self-leadership by accessing the parents of children aged 3, 4, and 5 in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. In order to develop the scale, the study conducted content validity, a pilot survey, and the selection of final questions. In addition, it conducted a factor analysis designating the number of factors of each dimension in order to examine the independence of the developed scale by dimension and selected 51 questions. The overall reliability was Cronbach’ ａ= .913 and the reliabilities of self management, natural reward, and constructive thought were .765, .781 and .855 respectively.
