A Study on the Strategies of Developing Healthy Family Support Centers for Empowering Family Welfare Service in Korean Local Communities

본 연구는 한국의 지역사회 내 가족복지서비스 강화를 위한 건강가정지원센터의 역할과 기능, 네트워크체제 분석을 통하여 앞으로의 건강가정지원센터의 발전방안에 관해 살펴보았다. 가족복지 지원서비스의 이론적 접근과 가족지원서비스 현황과 문제, 사회복지관과 건강가정지원센터 종사자의 인식, 문제점을 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 건강가정지원센터의 발전방안으로 공급구조의 개선, 통합적 서비스전달체계구축, 지역맞춤형 서비스 개발, 건강가정지원센터의 인적, 물적 인프라 구축, 상담사업의 활성화 기반구축을 제시하였다.

This is a research on finding the strategies of developing healthy family support centers for empowering family welfare service in Korean local communities by looking over the role and the function of the healthy family centers and their networks. Family welfare service’s theoretical approach and its current situations and the problems were researched in accordance with the social welfare facility and healthy family support center’s recognitions and problems. Through this study, the strategies for the development of healthy family support centers were suggested which are supplying structure of family welfare service, establishing total service transfer system, developing local-oriented services, constructing the human and material infrastructure, and lastly activating consulting programs.
