결혼이민여성의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 경로연구

A study on Path Analysis Related Factors for The Depression of Immigrant Women

본 연구는 경북에 거주하는 624명 결혼이민여성을 대상으로 우울에 이르는 경로를 연구하기 위하여 SPSS통계프로그램과 AMOS프로그램을 사용하였다. 본 연구는 결혼이민여성의 우울에 관련 있는 변인들 가운데 무망감, 문화적응, 결혼만족, 사회적 지지의 연구모형으로 구성하여 이 연구모형의 경로를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 무망감과 우울, 문화적응과 결혼만족, 결혼만족과 사회적 지지가 정적 상관관계를 가지며, 무망감과 결혼만족, 무망감과 사회적 지지, 결혼만족과 우울 간은 부적 상관관계를 가졌다. 둘째, 연구모형의 경로는 결혼만족도가 우울에 이르는 경로와 무망감이 결혼만족도에 가는 경로가 유의하였다. 그리고 문화적응과 우울의 경로, 무망감과 사회적 지지의 경로 그리고 무망감과 우울의 경로가 유의했다. 셋째 결혼이민여성의 무망감이 사회적 지지에 영향을 미치지만 우울에 이르는 경로가 유의하지 않는다. 따라서 무망감은 사회적 지지에만 영향을 미친다. 그리고 결혼이민여성의 무망감은 결혼만족에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 이러한 결혼만족 역시 우울에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 또한 무망감은 결혼만족에 경로하여 간접효과를 가지며 우울에 이르기도 하고 우울에 바로 직접적 효과를 가지기도 한다. 또한 결혼이민여성의 문화적응은 결혼이민여성의 우울에 직접영향을 미치는 경로로 나타났다. 결론적으로 결혼이민여성의 무망감은 결혼만족도와 문화적응을 매개하여 우울을 감소하는데 효과를 가지므로 이들의 결혼만족도와 문화적응을 높일 수 있는 대안을 모색할 필요가 있다.

This study’s aim is to examine the related factors for the depression of immigrant women who are married to Korean men. The data were analyzed by the SPSS 12.0 Program and the Amos program. As a result, first, it was found that correlation relationships among hopelessness, acculturation, marital satisfaction, social support, and depression exist. Second, according to path analysis, hopelessness has a significant path with marital satisfaction and depression. Also, hopelessness has a significant path with social support, and acculturation has a significant path with depression. It is suggested that a program for the enhancement of immigrant women’s marital satisfaction be developed to help them cope with their depression.
