발달장애 아동 어머니의 돌봄 자기효능감과 어머니의 민감성간의 구조적 관계

The Structural Relationship Among Caregiving Self-Efficacy, Parental Stress and Maternal Sensitivity in Mothers of Children with Developmental Disabilities

본 연구는 발달장애아동 어머니들의 돌봄 자기효능감에 대한 긍정적인 측면을 조명하기 위한 목적으로 발달장애아동 어머니를 대상으로 돌봄 자기효능감, 양육스트레스, 어머니 민감성 간의 관계를 검증하였다. 연구는 구조방정식을 통하여 발달장애아동 어머니의 돌봄 자기효능감, 양육스트레스, 어머니의 민감성의 구조적 관계를 알아보았으며, 이들 변인들 간의 정도의 차이를 알아보았다. 연구대상은 발달장애아동 어머니 168명으로, 변인 간의 관계를 설명하기 위해 베이지안추정 구조방정식(BESE) 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 연구의 변인 간의 경로와 매개효과가 구조방정식모형 분석을 통해 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 검증되었다. 연구결과, 어머니의 돌봄 자기효능감이 양육스트레스와 어머니 민감성에 영향을 주었으며, 어머니의 돌봄 자기효능감은 양육스트레스를 매개로 어머니 민감성에 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 발달장애아동 어머니의 돌봄 자기효능감을 위한 사회적 지원의 중요성은 더욱 강조되어야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to derive a positive aspect of caregiving self-efficacy of mothers who have a child with developmental disability. To this end, it selected mothers who have a child with developmental disability as it object and verified the relationship among mother's caregiving self-efficacy, parental stress and maternal sensitivity of them. The study was to examine the structural relationships of caregiving self-efficacy, parental stress and maternal sensitivity in children with developmental disabilities. Also, it was explored the difference of factors. For this paper, a survey was conducted on its objects of 168 mothers who have a child with developmental disability, and BESE(Bayesian Estimation Structural Equation) analysis was used to explain the relationship between factors. The study model analyzed through Structural Equation Modelling to validate causal paths and meditator effects of the variables. The result explains that the mother's caregiving self-efficacy had an effect on the parental stress and maternal sensitivity. Also, the parental stress was shown to act as a meditator between caregiving self-efficacy and maternal sensitivity, while caregiving self-efficacy indirectly had an effect on maternal sensitivity. These findings suggested that greater emphasis be placed on the expanded provision of social support for caregiving-self-efficacy of mothers with child-developmental-disability.
