다문화가족지원서비스가 결혼이주여성의 결혼생활 효능감에 미치는 영향

A Study on the Influence of Multicultural Family Support Services on the Marital Efficacy of Marriage Migrant Women

본 연구는 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 다문화가족지원센터의 다문화가족지원서비스가 결혼이주여성의 결혼생활 효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 서천군에 거주하는 결혼이주여성 160명을 대상으로 면접을 통한 설문지조사를 하였으며 105부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과 결혼이주여성의 인구사회학적, 가족적 배경에 따른 결혼생활 효능감에서의 차이 및 상관관계에 있어서 먼저 결혼이주여성의 취업여부에 따라 결혼생활 효능감에서 차이가 있었다. 즉, 현재 일을 하고 있지 않은 결혼이주여성의 결혼생활 효능감이 현재 일을 하고 있는 결혼이주여성 보다 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 결혼이주여성의 결혼생활 효능감은 결혼이주여성의 경제생활 만족도, 모국에서의 생활수준과 비교한 만족도, 그리고 현재 결혼 생활에 대한 만족도와 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 다문화가족지원서비스가 결혼생활 효능감에 미치는 영향을 위계적 중다회귀분석으로 살펴 본 결과, 결혼이주여성은 취업을 하지 않은 경우, 그리고 결혼생활만족도가 높을수록, 다문화가족지원센터 프로그램에 가족이 함께 참여하는 정도가 높을수록, 한국어교육에 지속적으로 참여할 의사가 높을수록 결혼생활 효능감이 높아지는 식으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of multicultural family support services in multicultural family support centers on the marital efficacy of marriage migrant women. For this study, the survey was carried out through interviews with 160 marriage migrant women who lived in Seocheon-gun. Following intensive examination, data on 105 of the women were used for the final analysis. The collected data were analysed by SPSS Window 12.0. A frequency analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were performed and testified statistically by .05 significance level. The summary of the results is as follows:First, there was a significant difference in the marital efficacy of marriage migrant women according to their employment status. In other words, the marriage migrant women who were not employed showed higher marital life efficacy than the marriage migrant women who were employed. According to correlation analysis, marriage migrant women's level of satisfaction with their economic life, level of satisfaction compared to the standard of living in their countries, and level of satisfaction with their marital life was positively correlated with their marital efficacy. Second, hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that marriage migrant women who were unemployed, had a high level of marital satisfaction, participated in a program at multicultural family support center with their family, and had the intention of continuously participating in the Korean language course had high marital life efficacy. This result suggests that the multicultural family support services of multicultural family support centers have an positive effect on the marital life efficacy of marriage migrant women.
