The Germ and History of Family Welfare: Centering England and America

This study focuses on the meaning of family welfare through the history of social welfare in England and America, and regards C.O.S, a representative citizens' organization, as the germ of family welfare. It briefly represents the influences of service system of family welfare, and suggests the best policy of family in Korea for the future.
