This study examined the Home Environment effect of child's Leadership is very important. As predicted Home environment support an well an every family experiences were significant variables in predicting positive environment of young children. It was noteworthy that home environment were activity involved with mother and father, education level and intellectual ability. Social emotional development is significant : introgative control (t=2.78 p=0.007) interaction (t=6.03 p=0.000) The result of this study of child's leadership is according to Home Environment, parent's education was most closely related to children's leadership ability. The amount of variance that explained children's Leadership ability increased with increase in children's age.
