한국어 교육용 교재에 나타난 ‘줄 알다’, ‘줄 모르다’의 문법 항목에 대한 고찰

An Examination of the Grammatical Items ‘jul alda’ and ‘jul moreuda’ Presented in Korean Language Educational Materials

The purpose of this study is to examine the expression sentence patterns ‘jul alda’ and ‘jul moreuda’. First, we analyzed their meanings and investigated their appearances and usages in Korean language textbooks. Based on the analysis, we looked at recently published Korean textbooks, and it was found that they did not provide all combination forms, but also that semantic descriptions were omitted, and some textbooks even described them incorrectly. In this paper, we propose that <Methods/Competencies>, which are relatively easier to acquire, should be introduced at the beginner level, while <Facts> should be reserved for study at the intermediate level. In addition to the previous semantic examination, we presented a semantic description plan to solve the problems of the textbook. This was intended to cover grammar explanations along with grammar items and present them for easier access through example sentences.
