화재조사관 교육의 개선방안에 관한 연구

A Study on the Improvement Method of Training for Fire Inspectors: Focusing on the perception of fire inspectors

본 연구는 경기도소방학교에서 실시한 화재조사관 양성과정 수료자를 대상으로 교육체계 및 만족도, 운영방식 등에 대한 설문조사를 실시하고, 그 결과를 토대로 화재조사관 교육의 방향성을 설정하고, 전문적인 화재조사관을 양성하기 위한 교육체계 및 운영방식, 교수자 등 개선방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 화재조사 교육체계 개편에 필요한 개선방안을 다음과 같이 정책적 제언을 하고자 한다. 첫째, 소방 분야의 전문 교수진 확보를 위해서 각 시·도의 전문 교수진 인력풀을 구성, 활용한다. 둘째, 화재조사관 등급과 전문 분야에 따라 공통교재와 실습교재, 교보재를 개발하여야 한다. 셋째, 기초이론과목을 관련 있는 실무이론 과목과 연계하여 함께 개설한다. 넷째, 유관기관별 교육프로그램에 상호 참여하여 교육체계를 공유하는 방안이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to conduct a survey on the educational system, satisfaction level, and operation method of people who have completed the fire inspector training course conducted by Gyeonggi-do Fire Service Academy, to establish the direction of training course for fire inspectors based on the results, and to propose improvement measures for the education system, operation method, and educational system to train professional fire investigators. Through the results of this study, the following policy suggestions were made for the improvement measures necessary for the reorganization of the fire investigation education system. First, in order to secure professional faculty in the field of firefighting, a labor pool of professional faculty members of each province shall be organized and utilized. Secondly, common textbooks, practical textbooks, and training aids will have to be developed according to the grade and specialized field of fire inspectors. Thirdly, basic theory subjects should be established in connection with related practical theory subjects. Fourthly, it is necessary to establish a measure for sharing the educational system by mutually participating in educational programs by the relevant agency.
