According to the EM-DAT database, “Number of Recorded Natural Disaster Events 1900-2023”, the number of natural disasters per year has increased dramatically since the 1980s, and the Global Natural Disaster Assessment Report 2022 shows that Southeast Asia is one of the regions with the highest frequency of natural disasters. The frequent occurrence of natural disasters has caused not only serious human casualties but also had serious negative impacts on economic development and social order. These negative impacts are mainly in terms of direct financial losses disruption of production and human resources and unemployment. This study uses the literature review method as the main research method. Relevant natural disaster risk management tools in the Southeast Asian region included the S2S forecasting system and SEADRIF established by ASEAN+3 in Southeast Asia. In addition, the current natural disaster management systems are reviewed to identify their shortcomings. To provide better preparedness services in the event of unavoidable natural disasters to mitigate the increasing impact of disasters on the economy and to safeguard economic growth, a review of current natural disaster management systems better preparedness services in the event of unavoidable natural disasters to mitigate the increasing impact of disasters on the economy and to safeguard economic growth, a review of current natural disaster management systems is conducted. The current natural disaster management system was reviewed.
